When i was younger i need a night light to fall asleep, and now i wonder why i felt terrified to sleep in the dark. Why do we fear? Pain, insecurities, and doubts are all signs of fear, but why do we have them and why do other attatin a sense of courage to do anything they want and not worry?
Why do we hold fear so critically in our mind?
