If he sees me he will squeeze my arm, brush his shoulder against mine, hit a paper softly at me and keeps looking at me when he passes by. Last week, while eating out with some friends, this guy friend asked and ordered a drink for me called sex on the beach... which i did drink... what does he want to imply? is he flirting with me? I asked a friend to observe him and she said that he was staring at me while I was finishing my drink…. But this guy never asked me formally on a date…. So do you think he likes me?

This is a type of flirting-- assuming he isn't touching every girl around. He likes you. Why he doesn't ask you out is the real question.
Maybe you have to flirt with him more before he feels comfortable enough to ask you out. Or you could just ask him out and save some time.
Of course, if you don't like him... going to have to start smacking him or something.

yes, he is interested in you, but is seeing someone else, or married. he wants you to come to him so he can say you started the relationship, tell him to keep his hands off you,cause if you don't one day he will try to touch you other places. he sounds like a stalker, be careful cause guys like that turn out to be rapists who drug women in bars and then want to be the one to take you home.hope this makes you make a better decision on how to deal with him.
