I have this on and off boyfriend. He never calls me, I always have to call him and I feel like he doesn't care at all. So now, I want to stop calling him, but I don't know how. Any advice?

Everytime you start reaching for the phone, read what you wrote in your question. Tape it to the phone if you have to.
The go do something else to keep your mind off of it.
It may be a hard fought battle, but you are stronger than the urge.
Journal your feelings every time also, that iwll help you sort through and deal with the situation.

Make a promise to yourself not to call him for one week. And see what he does. By the end of the week if he really cares he will call you. If he doesn't then he isn't worth your time. You are better then that.

keep urself busy. im doing it now. im not calling. i am still thinkin about him but my fingers are off the phone. i did go see him to get some of my clothes. he was still mad at me but he didnt let me leave wit out kissin him. was a tap but w/e. i kno he mad. but im tryna test myself. i asked him if i could call him and he said no. he probly didn think i was gon take him serious since i cant help but call him constantly when we r in a fight. but im doin good. im keepin myself busy. chillin wit other ppl, friends, fam,shoppin, cookin. wut ever i can to keep my brain on something else. the longer i go, the better i trust myself. so if we do break up n ****, i kno i have some guts to control myself. jam to music, go to the movies, its summer, go to the beach. DO SOMETHING TO KEEP U BUSY. if u jus sit in ur room like i did b4.. duh u gonna be thinkin bout him constantly and obviously end up callin him
