They are REALLY skinny and I look really weak. What are good excercises to make them look stronger at home, without buying any sort of equipetment?

I wouldn't be too worried about the arms in the first place; depending on how you look like as a whole person (presuming now that you would be a generally thin person, is that right?), you could probably achieve a fair bit of mass gain simply by eating more carbs (true, it may mean more body fat, but if your diet is good, it should go everywhere evenly). That would be a way of doing it without equipment.

There Is No Way Of Doing That With Out Buying Things.I Would Highly Recommend The Hand Weights.

Do 15 reps, 2-3 sets.

Do push ups (try female version first if you cant do the full one)

Get any heavy object (e.g big waterbottle) and use it to do dumbbell curls.
Then use them to do tricep curls.

Grab a tennis ball and squeeze it. 1 for each hand.


Lastly,
Eat more meat/ protein. It will help you to build muscles.

Just lift some 1 gallon milk bottles, you can fill them with a little water then add more water as you get stronger.

eat alot of avacadoes,do push ups, and learn to meditate and relax.

push up, or lift bags with books...
