Depends on how gross you think it tastes and your partner. He may get offended if you spit it out, but if swallowing it makes you want to vomit you'll just have to explain to him that the only way he's getting IT is if you get to spit the fluids out. Preferably just have a cup ready so you don't have to run to the bathroom. And yes, you can kiss your partner afterwards, but I always have a glass of water by the bed, so that or some mouth wash would be preferable.

Keep a box of Kleenex beside the bed to spit into. Yes, you should kiss your partner, a little late to worry about germs, eh? If your partner doesn't want to kiss you because your mouth is "dirty" then that's a whole speech just waiting to happen!

Either you spit it on a tissue or you swallow it. Personally, I do not kiss my partner after. I usually brush my teeth before I kiss him again. :)
