Although i know what HAARP is, and ECHELON too....i really don't WANT to know anymore than i do, seriously...

Yes. I lived in Fairbanks, Alaska for 16 years and am very familiar with HAARP. There is evidence that it can be used in conjunction with the research of Tesla, however it is mostly used to study the Aurora Borealis. I have actually been there and it's pretty cool!
