why is it that my firlfriend can reach her 360 page from messenger and i can't, and we use the same computer?

she can sign into 360 from messenger and i can't using the same computer.

that word should be girlfriend lol

well it's been 5 days and i still don't have a resolution to this problem. i tried everything people suggested but still the same result. come on guys i have to choose a best answer and i'm really stuck lol.

I could before, but for some reason, I can't now either. I can only reach it from here, or the link I have for mine. It's wierd that she can and you can't since you are using the same pc. I hope someone can explain why. Thanks for asking this.

A few questions:

1) You say you use the same computer. Do you have Windows, and, if so, do you have different sign-ins? If so, is your girlfriend the administrator? Also, do you have by any chance one version of Messenger on her Windows "account" and another version on your Windows "account"? ... Do you know what I mean by this?

2) Next, when you are trying to reach your 360 page, are you signed into Messenger as yourself or as your girlfriend? That is, can you click 360 and it goes to 360 but to HER page? Or can you not click 360 at all?

3) If you are signed into Messenger as yourself, it is possible that you don't have the icon that allows you to go to 360. Do this: Go to the tab on Messenger that says "Messenger." Go to Show/Hide. Go to Toolbar and see if it has a check mark next to it. Does it? If it doesn't, you need to check it. This will put the 360 icon on the top row of your Messenger, and then you should just be able to click that icon (far right) and sign in to your page.

Your messenger Content tab for Y!360 must be disabled.

In the messenger menu, select Messenger>>Preferences. Under Content tabs, add 360 to the content tabs buttons. You can now see the 360 tab below your messenger list.
