Have a nice dinner @ home. I suggest baked or (since its summer) bbq chicken, some potatos salad etc. Then go out to either Ice Cream place like Swensens, cold stone or that one back east whose name escapes me. Or if your more in the mood for an adult beverage, get dressed up and go to a swanky bar for a couple drinks.

IMHO, you should definitely choose a clothing-optional restaurant. That way, you can wear your birthday suit.

If you are not working go to KFC or Mc Donalds. If you earn money, go to a French restaurant.
