Some people take a daily antihistamine and it helps them a lot. Also, don't bathe in hot water, instead use leuk warm water. Dry yourself as well as you possibly can before getting dressed. Switch to dye and perfume free laundry detergents and fabric softeners.

..well for patients who can not undergo daily Phototherapy procedures with a machine.. a sunshine exposure is advisable but only for a certain length ( for 2-5 mins or so depending on the case) at 9am - 10am (because sunrays are bad around 11am to 3pm ).Phototherapy is just like sunrays only controlled as to avoid burning and really designed to treat psoriasis.Hope i have helped.
