he thought it was something like scar tissue but in my 3rd cycle of chemo he noticed those spots in my lung spots got smaller and it was probably cancer too, can it be another thing?

It can be cancer cells or calcified cells from past lung diseases such as tuberculosis or severe bronchitis. In any case, I would suggest a biopsy to find out for sure what it is. Keep a positive mind. It might not be anything at all, as X-rays usually don't show details very clearly at all.

It is possible that it is cancer. Whether it spread from the bladder or started in lung cannot be determined unless you get a biopsy done. The good news is that it is responding well to the chemo. Wish you luck.

if u smoke...that is self -explanatory.. if not, get a biopsy
