Believe it or not, if he is a medium in mens, then he's a medium in girls. Girls panties are cut different so you have to watch out for the styling. Gotta make sure there is room up front for the tool box. Microfiber or lycra is something to look for. Watch out for panties that have a seem running up the middle as this can cause discomfort throughout the day. Lace in back is okay, but lace up front can be a problem if the panties are cheaply made.

I'm a big guy at 6'1", 255lbs with a 36 inch waist. I wear a size 8-9 or XL-XXL pantie (depending on the cut and type of fabric).

Tell your "friend" that know one knows what you are doing. You could be shopping for your girlfriend for all they know. Go to TJmaxx or Marshall's, some place like that. They'll have panties really cheap there. Most for under $3. Take a ten spot with you and experiment. It's inexpensive and you can see what you like.

Also, if you're not finding what you want, just ask someone. The first time I went shopping for panties for me, I just asked the girl. I'm not going to date her and don't care what she thinks, so whatever. Well, she was super helpful and even helped me find some that would accomodate my endowment. She thought it was sexy. Now, I'm not saying that you'll find a super girl like I did to help you, but they are getting paid and you are a custumer with questions.... SO GO BUY SOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you're not old enough to drive, then get your Mom into your room and tell her that you don't like your underwear and you heard that there are certain girls underwear that boys can wear that are more comfortable.

Mom's are always understanding, even if you don't think she will be.

Cheers

BTW: the underwear doesn't make the man, what's in them does.

A chart is an unecassary waste of time, think of all the panties you can try our in mock err, instead of using a chart and going to just one pair. Why kill the fever what ever happened to sweat?
