No. What you are suffering from is a morphic disorder.
Very common in teens and young women. This means you can't see yourself without focusing on small tiny details, that others can't even see.

It's a little obsessive but MOST of the time, this is just temporary and you will eventually relax and go back to seeing yourself in it's proper perspective.

I wouldn't worry. This condition usually doesn't last for more than a couple of years.

If you become anorexic(STOP EATING)...Then your health will suffer and you will need to be treated by a doctor that specializes in bulemia(GORGING YOURSELF ON FOOD AND THEN INDUCE VOMMITING) or anorexia.

Make sure you eat a healthy diet. If you don't, WAY before you die, your teeth and hair will fall out.

Take care of yourself and try to relax. When EVERYONE around you is saying you look great, BELIEVE IT!!!!

Enjoy your life and just try your best to not get caught up in tiny little details that others don't even see.

Basically you're saying that the way you look bothers you or you're not satisfied by the way you appear, and because of that you attempt to perfect yourself, and you always can find a new problem with your self image. If that is correct, I would say it is just self conscious.

However, if you are worried about being disliked because your hair isn't a certain way (or something else with your body) and then making sure every few minutes or hours that your hair style is still maintained, I would say you have OCD or some other anxiety disorder. I suggest you go and see a psychologist, even if you do not have an anxiety disorder it seems to me that you would benifit from seeing a psychologist.

I really doubt you have OCD. You just sound like a perfectionist that has some anxiety based off what other people say.

You're just self-conscious. If you had OCD you'd be a wreck, physically and mentally. Try to focus on other things, not yourself. Keep active, work and go out with friends. Maybe see if you can have another chance with this guy as a start?

I do the same sort of thing. I claim to have OCD even though I'm self diagnosed. Maybe there's different levels of it. It sounds to me like it bothers others and not you so your lucky about that. Just tell them you do have OCD and laugh and tell them to get over it. The hot guy probably has worse problems and did you a favor.

Your itty bitty picture looks ok to me. But everyone has something about themselves that they would like to improve. Don't worry about it. Guys really don't go measuring womens arms before they are interested in them. I mean really, unless you have one 3 ft arm and the other one is 1 ft long you don't have a problem.
If all else fails, send a full picture and you can have an honest opinion from a alternate person.

its sounds like body dismorphia. a bad combo of ocd. and poor self image.

chose a look thats easy. to pull off . that you are comfortable with. and try spending more time. doing the things you like.

eat right and excersize. and steer clear of haters. and people with nothing but bad things to say.

cheers.
