I consider myself a little crazy , it keeps me from going totally insane !
I try to cope with way to much stuff and it tires me out.I sometimes take a nap to lessen the insanity of the moment.I will write down my feelings and even draw doodles of anything.I call a friend just to talk, I may try to listen to music.Best of all I like to be alone and just think about what can I do to change my feelings and I pray.Sometimes I just shut out everthing that is bothering me.I even have cried a bit.Things do happen and we need some time and space to deal with life's struggles.
