Big Q with few words. First of all you need the right grapes. Depending on what kind of wine you'd like. The process goes like this...crush grapes, allow to ferment for 3-5 days, siphon liquid out, press the remains 1-2 times. (This is assuming you have the equipment). Place in containers with airlocks and allow to continue fermentation for roughly 30-40 days, then siphon out liquid and remove sediment. Repeat process of siphoning and removal of sediment within another month or so. Repeat a third time for a very clear wine. Some wines will be drinkable within a month or so but most need a time of maturation to bring about its' full body, (some are best after a full year, depending on the grapes you use). The most important thing to remember is that oxygen is wines worst enemy. Always fill containers to the top or O2 will work its' evil magic and change the taste of the wine, (for the worst).

Over the years I've used a variety of recipes and techniques.
I'd have to say that my favorite way is to make it at home, with some very basic tools and fresh fruit as the base. For red wine my preferred - it's easy to make at home and tastes great - is blackberry wine. You can keep it dry and it is delicious.
For white homemade wine, my favorite over the years has been to make a delicate apple wine, then add a few berries to the mix. Often this makes a very faint rose, but if you skip the berries you'll have a true white. Then, once the one is finished I run my carboy over to the local wine store and have them carbonate the batch. Some batches have turned out beautifully - small bubbles that match some of the mid-priced market champagnes.
If you're thinking of making your own wine the best thing to do is just get started. The first batch is the hardest and most stressful. There's a lot of 'lingo' to learn, names for wine making supplies that you've never heard of until you start using them, etc., but every subsequent batch gets easier. It's actually a fun and rewarding hobby.

FROM http://drink.allrecipes.com/az/HmmdWin.asp
INGREDIENTS:
* 1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
* 4 cups sugar
* 1 (12 fluid ounce) can frozen juice concentrate - any flavor except citrus, thawed
* 3 1/2 quarts cold water, or as needed
DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine the yeast, sugar and juice concentrate in a gallon jug. Fill the jug the rest of the way with cold water. Rinse out a large balloon, and fit it over the opening of the jug. Secure the balloon with a rubber band.
2. Place jug in a cool dark place. Within a day you will notice the balloon starting to expand. As the sugar turns to alcohol the gasses released will fill up the balloon. When the balloon is deflated back to size the wine is ready to drink. It takes about 6 weeks total.
Note: Use a frozen juice concentrate without added sweeteners for best results.

I would search online for the following:
wine making kit (insert city name here)
I haven't made wine, but I have made beer. Find a homebrew shop in your area, spend from $50 to $100 for a kit (choosing the recipe according to the instructions listed by a previous answerer), and follow the instructions step by step.
Homebrewing can be a little intimidating, but relax! It's not the hardest thing you'll ever try.

making wine is rather basic what i could advise is which you study up on it from an internet seek then once you get waiting to make it, stick to the learning precisely as you're given. distinctive yeast produce distinctive outcomes and alcohol content fabric. a chum of mine makes use of champain yeast for his beer and in case you drink 2, you will see issues. I actual have been making spirits for years and all of it has became out properly. i could urge you to determine each and every thing is spotlessly clean and use distilled water once you're able to desire to function any. faucet water will bypass away a unsightly style to the wine. additionally, wine could be bruised via mishandling. maximum of it somewhat is gentle sensative and the bottles can explode so placed them in a field, the place they are temperature good, and cover the right with yet another field incase they explode. some human beings use a wash tub interior the basement in case you have one. I constantly placed them in a small cellar made for that. the technique it self is in fact getting grape juice, (you are able to squeeze the grapes that's ultimate) upload the yeast to the firmintation chamber (i take advantage of a 6 gallon water bottle made up of sophistication) enable to ferment till it stops effervescent interior the direction of the water hollow top with slightly sugar and cap, keep, age, drink savor
