This is easy. Panties are always sized by, XXSMALL, XSMALL, SMALL, MEDIUM or LARGE, XLARGE or XXLARGE. Or labeled XXL or XXS.
If you wear a size SMALL in jeans, skirts or shorts, your pantie size will be MEDIUM.
We always wear one size larger in panties, than we do in clothes, from the waist down.
