While I'm no slouch for KC Masterpiece (a nationwide brand found in most stores), since moving to Chicago I've encountered Sweet Baby Ray's barbecue sauce, and I have to admit it's got a lovely flavor that you might get hooked on! I'll even throw you a link, since I'm not THAT lazy...

I dont really like store bought sauce, I make my own

Carolina Mustard Sauce
Ingredients
3/4 cup yellow mustard
3/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1 ½ tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons salt
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 1/4 teaspoons ground black pepper
½ teaspoon Tabasco sauce

In a medium saucepan, combine ingredients, stirring to blend. Over low heat, simmer 30 minutes. Let stand at room temperature 1 hour before using.

my fav is to take any brand, even store brand will work, pour it into a mixing bowl and add orange marmalade jam
use about 1/4 cup marmalade to 1 bottle sauce, add 1 tablespoon fresh ground black pepper
stir to combine
be sure and save some of this sauce on the side to use as a dip for the barbaqued meat

My well known has always been Cookie's BBQ sauce, even if it really is a close-by project and that i'm able to't get it right here. shoppers swore by skill of Cookie's and by no skill something else. i replaced into shocked to make certain that we use sweet toddler Ray's the position I artwork now and similar project, all and distinctive loves it, and that i easily like it too. i'd propose it to everyone.
