There is no right answer to this question, there are new medications on the market now to help increase the number of years you can live, really it is the AIDS you have to worry about, you dont die of aids or hiv usually it is a virus that kills you such a pneumonia or something like that just talk to a doctor about it

A very long time. HIV+ people can be aymptomatic for upwards of 12 years. Their health significantly declines thereafter.
