I honestly don't think you want to do that and compress a DVD because you will lose video quality. What you can do is use a program called DVD Shrink and it will analyze the DVD and you can have the option of burning only the movie and not the options onto a disc. This will fit with no problems. I do this all the time. Hope this helps.

I don't know why people are writing all of this other stuff.. I mean, there's value in a few suggestions, but largely impertinent.

As per your question, since you already have the compressed file, likely, Nero has saved it in it's proprietary iso format, which is .nrg. What you have left to do now is start Nero Burning Rom, select "Burn Image" from the file menu and you're on your way.

You can find a full DVD Burning guide at the link below:

DVD Shrink can compress DVDs it to fit on a single layer disc, however since DVD Shrink is not updated anymore, you need to run either DVDFab Decrypter or DVD Decrypter first before using DVD Shrink.

It includes screenshots, and links to download the 3 programs you will need to burn DVD movies.

I take it you have Nero 6 or 7 so within Nero Express you have DVD - Video Files click this and you can burn your video files saved on your Hard Drive to DVD-R. Cybercat UK.

Pinnacle Instant Copy, DVD Shrink.

You can burn the finished product in DVD Decrypter. Mode - ISO - Write. Or if you encode in PIC you can burn from there.
