If you were dependent on somebody else feeding you and did not feed you regularly, wouldn't you get grouchy. Feed your cat regularly.

Well, I'd get grouchy if I was hungry, too. You don't forget to feed yourself, so why forget to feed them? Do it at the same time you eat, for then it's easier to remember.

Cats are not like dogs. A particular cat may love you and be loyal to you, speak to you in a secret metaphysical cat language, etc., but generally speaking, they are in this relationship for the food. Take the food and all bets are off.

I don't know, but it's horrible to starve any animal. Try a food tower and keep the feeder in a conspicuous place so you're less likely to forget next time.

because it is hungry. you need to feed it everyday. How would you feel if he was a human and you were the cat and you didn't eat regular.

if you forget to feed your cat its trying to get your attention to feed him/her ... what if you relied on someone else to feed you you and they did not wouldnt you get grouchy ?

because it's hungry! I'd be ready to scratch you too if I didn't eat regularly! Besides, it trusted you to take care of it AND YOU DIDN'T! another reason to scratch, she's mad at you.

He's gonna eat you if you keep forgetting to feed him!!! They are tiny tigers after all. I'd watch it going around any stairs if I were you.
