That's impossible. An entire language in a week?? How much of it do you already know (if any)? There's so much more to language than many people think. I've been taking Spanish for 9 years and STILL not even close to being fluent (although I am pretty good). You need to learn all new vocab, conjugations, syntax, word order, phrases, and sooo much more!!
Many of the phrases we use in english don't make a bit of sense in another language, and also many of the common things (like "chill out" or "eat up" aren't understood in other languages.
It takes years and years and years to learn an entire language, why are you only giving yourself a week? The absolute best way to speed up your learning and fluency is to study abroad. I've heard of the languages before but forget where they're spoken, but would you be able to go to somewhere that uses them? You said they're your native languages. Do you have relatives that still speak them? You can go stay with them for the summer or something and ask that they only speak to you in those two languages. You'll pick up on things much quicker.
I wish you all the best though, but don't get too discouraged if a year goes by and you still can't speak very well. Most people will just encourage you. America is the only place I've ever seen (out of the 5 or 6 countries I've been to) that actually put people down for not speaking a language well. Any where else you go in the world, the people will help you all they can. Even if they don't know you.

I don't really understand your question. It seems like the question and the detail are talking about two different things.
Do you mean that you are trying to learn a language you never knew before? For most people, it's not possible to learn a new language in such a short period of time.
Do you mean that you are trying to remember languages you once knew? It depends on how much of them is gone already, but listening and reading a lot of material in that language can help.

Even to learn the rudiments of a language 24X7 hours are not enough. Both the languages you cited are, I guess, local dialects. Perhaps you learn to speak popular phrases in those dialects. That too requires far more time. You need to know the situation as to when these expressions are used. Even after learning you need to practise a lot which also takes a lot of time.

If you're of age, I guess the most intense method is getting a partner of the language you want to learn and go by the audio-vaginal method.
