money yes....its important to have money to pay your housing payment and utilities and food and life's other essentials...
but it ALSO teaches us teamwork, responsibility, helps us set goals in life, and MOST importantly... it teaches us to value the things we own and not take for granted the things we have in life...because we've EARNED them and worked hard to get them.

First and foremost, yes, money is the number one reason for a person to have a job. Also, MOST people prefer jobs that offer benefits packages such as insurance or retirement plans--which translates into yes, more money.
Generally however, when people meet each other, one of the first questions strangers will ask each other upon an introduction is "what do you do?" Typically in American Society, a person's vocation is considered a reflection of their value or importance. (I.E. a doctor is more important than a farmer, a farmer is more important than a janitor...)
Personally, I don't entirely agree with a system that decides who is a better person than others because of what job they have, everyone's poop stinks after all, but I digress.
Along with a job comes a sense of purpose, and personally, though some days I wish I didn't have to have a job, I typically become bored with a vacation within two or three days, and wish I could go back to work.

Having a job is important , people need to work for a living. How else would you earn money to live on and get the things you need like food and clothing. How would you pay your rent or mortage, lights and gas,get a car and insurance. Nothing is free and shouldn't be.You learn to budget your money and save for the things you want, go on vacations, even continue your education for a better job.A honest day's work for a honest day's pay , something to be proud of.I don't think you want to be a begger and treated badly or be frown upon.Worst stealing from someone else's sweat and tears. We do need money to survive, without it we are in trouble.Money can be good and yet is full of evil, depends who you are and what your values are.My husband and I struggle to make ends meet and we are happy when we do pay our bills on time knowing how hard it was.Yes working and holding down a job is important and shows responsiblity .Not everyone likes to work but it is important to do in one's lifetime.

what a juvinille question. If you had no job, you would have no monet, unless you happen to be hier (ess) to a enormus fourtune that will support you into retiement. even rich people though keep working, because they enjoy doing a particular thing, and i they earn money doing it, all the better.

The difference between play and work is how one views it. Would it nice for you to get a job that you much like doing and get paid for doing it.

100% for the money. Why else would I get my butt out of bed at 6:00 every morning and go someplace I don't want to be if it wasn't for money?
