Personally, I think soft hair is a good thing. If you want to try and thicken your hair, try to use a few strategies: 1. When you brush your hair, don't use a comb. Use a good full round hairbrush (you can find them at like... target or walmart) start at the bottom and gradually brush a little higher with each stroke. It'll keep your hair from breaking off. 2. Try to use a conditioner that strengthens hair or volumizes a few times a week. 3. get an after shower anti-friz. I have one made by pantene pro-v that works wonders and it's lasted me over a year in a little glass pump bottle. One or two pumps run through your hair after you get out of the shower does wonders. Just brush it straight after you put the anti-friz in it. 4. If all else fails, you can buy a straightener for about $20 that you can use each (or every other) morning. Going into highschool can be sort of rough. But don't worry, you've got 4 years to make the other girls jealous. Best of luck to you :) Remember, being confident and yourself is the easiest thing a girl can to to make herself attractive... cliche as that was.

Try taking prenatal vitamins each day and add more protein to your diet. You will see a positive difference!
