eat low calories food and eat less. No snack in between meals, but if you are really have to, have a carrot.

plus incorporate exercise into your daily routines, like take the stairs instead of elavator.

There really isnt anything you can do...without working out you cant really lose the weight. You can drastically cut calories and fat but that wont really work with a kid. Maybe you should hit the gym early in morning before the baby wakes up...do some light cardio so you dont feel worn out! It the long run you'll actually have extra energy to keep up with the 'lil one :) Hope this helps

Keep in mind...its a combonation of the two. Some days you can alternate or if your feeling bold do both. But either way...you have a baby. Keeping up with he/she will be a workout in itself.

It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way you have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. So you are a victim of this pandemic (epidemic).

You need to re-learn how to eat. Find out about fastest way to lose weight, slow ways to lose weight, most effective exercise and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Learn everything on site below. Do this and you can be thin.

Do this not, and you will remain part of the biggest pandemic in all of history. Due to this pandemic, for the first time in 100 years, the children of Americans have a lower life expectancy than their parents. Plus click on "Pure Water" to make sure the water you drink doesn't hurt you.

There are alot of weight control suppliments out on the market. I am also a waitress and I use them mainly to give me energy. It's hard with the hours you work not to eat at irregular times, but try not to eat and go to sleep. Your active lifestyle should be exercise enough if you don't over-induldge in bad eating habits.

Try diet shakes that curb your appetite. However, excercise is the best and healthiest way to loose weight. In addition, if most of the tummy you have as weight is from the baby give it time to reduce. After, pregnancy it reduces in most women and is just like extra cellulose or loose skin that works off as you go about your daily routine. The rate at which this tummy goes depends on your metabolism and primarily on if you breast feed your baby. It is proven that breastfeeding actually helps take away your tummy faster than dieting and excercising combined if the extra weight is from your tummy because of pregnancy.

Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !
