I got two, and will probably eat a whole one in a week ... do I need to figure out how to perserve the second baby skinless seedless watermelon ... if so ... do I freeze ... or any other brilliant ideas?

just put in the bottom of the fridge it will be fine until you cout it enjoy, it will last up to 2 weeks.

Freezing it will destroy it. How long it will stay fresh, depends on how ripe it was when you purchased it. If you didn't purchase it too ripe, it should last about a week to ten days, as long as where you are storing it, the temperature is not too hot.
