Can anyone tell me the average salary of psychiatrist and an anesthesiologist??

well for a psychiatrist it would be more than a psychologist b/c it requres you to go to med school and you will be able to prescribe medication...so a psychiatrist's salary ranges...and an anesthesiologist makes about 300,000 a year...but thats not starting..thats after being in the practice for a few years.

I don't know off the top of my head, but from what I remember from my pick-a-residency book I would guess about $130,000 for a psychiatrist and $160,000 for an anesthesiologist. It vaires a lot with geography and the type of practice you're in.
