Yes, they freeze beautifully, and they taste quite well if used in cooking (like pancakes, muffins, etc.) I have frozen mine for several months with no problem. I just stick them in plastic containers (even used margarine containers) and take out whatever I need.

Freezing blueberries is really easy

Make sure to wash them VERY VERY WELL.......

then lay some towels on some cookie sheets

spread the blueberries over the towels in ONE LAYER

leave them out for about a day to make sure they are REALLY DRY

Pop them in a container with a good tight seal (any plastic container with a snap on lid)

Put them in the freezer

Yes they still taste like blueberries when you defrost them to eat.

Freezing fresh blueberries ruins them. When you defrost them, you will see, they taste nothing like when they were fresh. Eat them while they are fresh, and when you need more blueberries, get them fresh. There is nothing better than freshly picked blueberries.

Sort of, they are gonna be mushy though. So they will taste ok, but definitely not as good as fresh. But an alternative is to eat them partially frozen, I think they are good this way. If all you are using them for is baking or cooking though you probably won't even notie a difference.

they will taste pretty much like fresh blueberries, but will be mushier because the liquid in the berries expands when they freeze and it breaks down the cell walls

When you freeze blue berries they get soft. They are not firm like they are when they are fresh. I freeze blue berries and we eat them frozen. It is a great frozen snack. Better than a popsicle or ice cream!

we are fortunate in this us of a that frozed fruit is purely about as strong as clean and value a lot a lot less oftentimes. the answer about processing with sugar and coloring is the perfect one right here. also freezing breaks cellular walls and each and everything frozen alterations.

Thawed berries tend to be a little mushy, but frozen they're great!! Expecially with milk & sugar.

Much Love!!
