Since curls basically do nothing except add definition to muscle that is already there, simply cut back on the curls. Three sets of ten with a 25 pound is what you want.

In order to make the arms grow, you need to concentrate on different exercises. The main exercise is the squat. The reason is it is a full body exercise. By working many large muscle groups, this exercise will boost the levels of hormone in your body and cause ALL of our muscles to grow. This is difficult for most lifters to understand unless they have a degree in physiology, but it is the nature of the beast. Mass is gained all over the body from large muscle execises while small muscle exercises basically do nothing except cut muscle that is already there. In practice, that means you go for pushing the limits with your squat (if and only if you can maintain correct form) while only doing basic work with your curl and other exercises. You aren't after exhausting the muscle with that exercise.

Other exercises to seriously consider are body weight exercises. These will do FAR more to cut and build your arms. Pushups will help the arm a bit but are more for the pecs and shoulder girdle. The one that really makes your arms hard and big is the handstand, especially once you are advanced enough to to handstand pushups. Not only will this make your arms large, hard and cut, it will work the entire upper chain. The difference is quite dramatic. Basic arm work might give you an enlarged bicep which may or may not be cut. But handstand training will give you that large, ripped, cut look along the entire shoulder girdle and arm you see in people like Jean Claude Van Damme.

My advice would be to keep working both arms the same. If you have to lighten up a little then do it. Soon you will balance both out. If you keep working your right more then you will just continue the problem.
