if you state your opinion on a situation on which you are not involved, you don't the people involved, you or anyone you know has never been in a similiar situation and you don't care what people think of your opinion. Basically its impossible so just do the best you can.

you can't really not be biased when you first state an opinion because the is the definition of opinion, what would make you too biased is to be not willing to hear another opinion and think yours is the only one.

They are one in the same. If it's your opinion it's biased because the opinion is derived from your personal life experience and belief.

Isn't opinion itself a bias. Bias is probably OK. Except for the bias that prevents looking at an idea from another perspective or from considering new data.
