Hi, you said to my question
'Filipinos are said to be the best non-American English speakers. But within the Philippines, I guess the most annoying accent are the Cebuano accent (hey, I'm part Cebuano!) ;-) '
Can I just point out, English is called English, because it is our language. In our eyes, Americans are not even that good at English, Australians are much better.
In a recent vote, the people of a town called Inverness, in Scotland (part of the UK - same country as England) were voted as having the best spoken English anywhere in the world because of their sing-songy accent.
Bu please try and bear in mind, Americans don't have their own language, they borrow another countrys - England. Hence it's name.

The Unitarian Universalist church is the closest you get, but only a small fraction of agnostics/atheists actually belong. Each congregation elects its own leaders.

There are some agnostic/athiest organisations, but I think they are mainly at a community/college/University level.

I don't think so. If we had an organization, then it would be the start of another man-made religion. We don't believe in any religion.
