I'd feel ashamed for them and about myself to be with a guy like that. It doesn't say much about one's character or self-esteem if they act or dress in such a way as to invite negative comments from those around them. If they're doing it as an attention-getting act, then they don't have much else going for them. If they don't know any better, or can't see how slutty they look, then you need to pity them and buy them GQ or Vogue.
