EEEWWWE! I hope you only plan on using that stuff for cooking! that stuff is nasty by itself or with cereal. but it's 1/2 cup powder to 2 cups water. I use it for everything I cook though. it makes the real milk last a lot longer

It tells you on the package, but after you mix it if you can leave it in the frig over nite and it does not taste to bad
