I don't think that is a great idea. I would check the pet store, I know they have special milk for kittens.

I would stick with regular milk until then.

How old are the pups? Puppies are weaned at approx 4 weeks old, so if they are younger than this you need to go to the pet store or vet, and buy some puppy-milk formula, so you can bottle-feed the pups until they reach 4-5 weeks old. At 4 weeks of age, start weaning them onto a saucer of very sloppy porridge-mash made from a mixture of puppy-kibble soaked in the puppy-milk formula (maybe put a little bit bit of scrambled egg or finely minced chicken). Gradually firm up the mixture so at 6 weeks old, the pups are eating a firm mashed porridge of soaked puppy-kibble & tinned wet puppy-food. Don't forget to make sure there is always fresh water available.

A milk replacer made specifically for puppies is what you need. You can get it from a vet or pet store. In a pinch soy milk should be a safe temporary substitute. It's lactose free, and dogs are lactose intolerant. Just be sure not to use dairy milk, the lactose can lead to dehydration.

I would feed him soy before cow's milk. Cow's milk gives dogs & cats the runs!! Hope all works out!

Much Love!!

You can purchase pet milk replacers at your local pet store or vet clinic...those are especially designed to meet the dietary needs of the animal.
