It doesn't mean anything. Someone tried to send you a message using a font that is not recognized by your computer.

It means some one wish to come near you but is afraid ,if you reject him,he will be shattered as the wavy lines show.Literal meaning "I love you do you agree". Search around you who takes more than usual in you,and is not clear whether to contact you or not.Please check whether am right or wrong.

I'm not sure which is the real one tho.

I believe the person has read your Yahoo Answers and questions and they have seen your profile and they are writing that they find you very attractive and articulate and want to be your friend.
That's my best guess.

The message is in CHINESE simplified Mandarin.
it means: come on, kiss me, (smack)
(I know cause I studied Chinese for 2 years in China's FUDAN UNIVERSITY)
People who haven't installed WINDOWS East Asian language pack on their PC's will only see boxes.
just delete that ****.
