Most girls I've talked to said they would rather wait until they are 16 to date.

I started dating the guy who is now my husband when I was only 15.....we have now been married over 4 years. I guess it depends on the (mental) maturity of both parties involved. You are waaay to young for sex at 14, though.

You should wait a couple of years. When people say "sure why not, younger kids are doing worse, I don't see the harm." this is where we get into trouble. It's best not to stand on the edge of the cliff, if you are that close to the edge you more than likely will get tempted sooner or later.

Wait until you're 16, what's the rush? Having a boyfriend just because some girls your age have one is not a good enough reason to start dating at your age. :-)

if you can think right and your mature for your age then go for it but if you think you cannot handle a bf right now then i say u wait......you are going to get a lot of rude comments for that question you know that right? lol good luck.....always smile cuz life is too short to be sad.

i had a girlfreind at the age of 14 and my parents were strict evangelical christians. it's a healthy thing to be in love. anyone who says differently is probably jealous.

Yes I think so... Then again I'm 12 so I'm up for anybody on the young side of the valley to go for dating! Just don't go TO far with him.

Well it's def not wrong I mean cmon. There are some little girls havin sex and drinkin younger than that. There is absolutely nothing wrong with a boyfriend.
