hi I'm on day 12 of not smoking. i feel so much better a little tired but heaps better. visualise yourself as a non-smoker, make sure you believe you CAN do it. Buy yourself a present after not smoking for a week, i was able to afford a new gold ring after not smoking for one week. have a goal, mine is to be able to have a deposit to buy a house and i should be able to reach that in one year because i have quit. if you want to talk more send me an email hope this has helped a little

This really worked for me. And I have not smoked in almost 4 years now. Well when you wake up in the morning, you know thats the first thing you want. Just postpone that fisrt smoke by 30 minutes. And keep doing that all day. And then eventually move it up to 45 minute or an hour. That will help you stop craving the nicotine so much. Plus you have to have the desire and self discipline to really wanna quit as well. Good luck!

I replaced the cigarettes with lifesaver wint-o-green mints. After 1 1/2 weeks, I had no more cravings and was able to drop the candy. Best of luck.
P.S. throw the smokes. don't try the one every so often method, does not work.

well a good way to quit was never to start

some good ways are the patch or the chewing gum, also when you are craving one, instead of smoking have like a tootsie pop or something like that

Postpone the first cigarette in the morning.
I did 4 years ago and still have not restarted.
