What should I do? I am in the middle of the road of choosing one of them but not right now. I really need time to figure out who is the right person for me. It is not my intention to hurt anyone but I really need time to make decision.

Don't worry about it because tomorrow they are all going to dump your cheating a$s. If, by chance, one doesn't then it is because he's been playing around too.
To avoid a scene and spare your other birthday guests, I suggest you call each tonight and explain. They are going to find out anyway so the best way is one on one over the phone.

look, I had 2 boyfriends at the same time, at the same place and they have common friends 2 ... On my birthady .. i made my self ill ... the first one I saw him for an hour then i left him as if i want 2 sleep ..
I was late on the secound one and my excuse was because i'm ill and that's why I'm late and that I can't stay alot .. ofcouse he was at another place and diffrent time
but after that i had 2 choose which one ...
Injoy ur time tomorow but remember u have 2 choose not only bcuz the might know .. no but 4 ur self.. i guess u won't like 2 be at the same situation

Well you should never have done that in the first place. So I would try to see them all at diff times. Like guy number one comes at 10am and is gone by 1 use an excuse like I have to go with one of my gfs for some shopping for my b-day.

hmmmmmm, break up with at least one of them. Three is just to much to handle! make sure the other tow never find out about each other, because then they will both dunp you, and two time them for awhile. Sure, it's not very nice, but men do the exact same thing all the time
