Are you kidding? Did you REALLY expect a good answer when you don't provide ANY details? You don't mention what kind of computer, you don't mention error messages, you don't mention what you have tried and what you haven't tried.

Probably because your computer is too old. Your computer MUST meet certain hardware criteria before XP will install.

Some older motheroards are not XP compatible.
