I know a couple girls names Lakey. And I know some twin boys names Sky Blue and Rain Forest. Boys other than River, though, that's kinda tough. My daugher was gonna name her baby River, but changed her mind to Carter. I guess I like em both. How about Oceana (girl).

I'm not sure if I can think of many for the beach except Sanford (Sandy for short, like Sandy Cohen from The OC). For water related names, there's River (my favorite) and Lake. The only other thing I can think of to suggest is she could name her baby after a beach somewhere in the world (see link in source for list of beaches).

Water names? Hmm...
Troy is a male name and it's Gaelic for water.
Wayde means cross the water.
Rodney means land near the water.
Moses means dawn out of the water.
Winchell means drawer of water
Moss means from the water
Misu means ripples in the water
Dax is a French male name that means water.
Brooks is an English male name that means Running water.
Washington is an English male naame that means town near the water.
Any of those names would work.

If you want to go biblical... Moses (in a basket on the water...) Jonah, Jordan (as in the river Jordan)...
Moen or Kohler (faucet brands!) :)
Canyon or Delta
Poseiden was a mythological water god.
Tritan (another myth guy)
Ray (as in a sting ray)
Gil (fish gills)
That's about all I can think of.
