It's not disgusting, unless it's out of control. Having hair on your chest is a sign of masculinity. I think it's definitely better for a man to have hair on his chest than for him to have no hair at all on his chest. Besides, men who have completely hairless chests seem like...maybe they haven't hit puberty yet. Don't listen to the girls on here who are writing "eww!" and "that's gross!" and immature things like that. At least we know you're not an adolescent.

Gross, ever since I had to spend a whole semester with a teacher who wore shirts with his nasty old hairy chest. The thought of it just grosses me out.
But still its not looks that matters its whats inside. I prefer a guy to be hairless, but if he has a hairy chest and an excellent personality. I won't care much about the chest.

Gross, my dad was always real hairy so hairy that when he wears his shirts it sticks out the collar of them I always tell him ill dad shave your hairy chest and back. When I was a kid I wouldn't go near him when he wasn't wearing a shirt. Now that he's 62 he should take some from his back and chest and plant it on his head, lol!!!!!!!!

I think the primary concern is: no hair on the BACK.
My personal preference: very little or fine hair
There are always exceptions to the rule, though, Robin Williams is to die for despite the hair everywhere just because his personality is phenomenal. There could be a teddie bear out there that I'm not aware of & I wouldn't shut him out because of a few wild hairs.

Some women can't stand it, some don't care.....but some of use love it. I really like to play with a mans chest hair. Besides, if a guy is as hairless as me it makes me feel he is too feminine. Men are supposed to have some hair!

Nice to lay your head on it. It is very enticing with a flannel shirt opened to mid chest. If it's a hairy back, or hairy butt, forget it, if so, they need to wax it, and wax it GOOD!

Its just more to play with right? And a little tip for the girls out there? Its been my experience that most males get more and more hair on their bodies as they get older. If you don't like it? Date boys. Otherwise get used to it or talk them into waxing!

Are we talking ape like amounts of hair?? Couse that is not cool. I did know one guy that had more than what I normally like but he used a trimmer on himself from time to time. So while there was more than I really like it was not all long and nasty.
