i already do 100 crunches in the morning afternoon and night. i have been starting to eat better, and i go on the trampoline and dance every night. i look o.k in like jeans and a tee but in a swimsuite....not so great. i have 13 days untill i have to been seen in a swimsuite in frount of the whole school. is there a way to lose like 10-15 pounds in that many days? and if not than what are some ways i can burn like 5 pounds or somthing... HELP!

I'm trying to loose 15 lbs. myself--after loosing same in the past few years.
People say "You look fine", when you know 15 lbs. leads to 20 lbs. to...
A person has to know when enough is enough.
You have no leeway when you're 15-20 lbs. above your ideal.
Drink lots of green tea. Go on the apple cider vinegar diet.
Fruit makes me hungry, so I'm on a low carb diet...but whatever YOU like, in moderation.

See quick weight loss on site. It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. I bet you look a lot better than you think you do. If you want to look AMAZING for that school event, I'd suggest you spend the next 13 days working on your confidence and self-esteem instead. There is no safe way to lose 10-15 pounds in 13 days.

If you are really serious about losing this weight you must cleanse your body to the cellular level at once. I lost over 47 lbs in less than 3 months. eat breakfast every morning and eat a salad for dinner

stay away from carbs and things that'll bloat you up (like bread and pasta)

trying doing leg lifts (lie on your back, head off the ground, hands under your butt, legs straight out together and lift until your body is in an L shape) ... start with 20 and add 10 each time you do them.. don't forget to breathe!!!!

i don't know how long you do crunches for, but if you do them and situps for 4 minutes each day (2 minutes for crunches & 2 minutes for situps), you should see results in about 8 days... my friend did these and lost weight and toned up in 2 weeks

In the mood for some sort of hot meal? Make a big pot of veggie bean soups, divide into two-cup containers, and store inside the freezer. Before bed, place a container within the fridge, then grab it before heading out the door in the morning.
