about the faiths that they would not believe in and then expect those who don't believe as them to learn about their faith?I suggest that before you would say such things you first ACTUALLY read the WHOLE BOOK of the Holy Book of Fairies and ALL it's Chapters and Books before you answer.I have read the Bible.Time for you to read about my faith!

And I wonder how few will take the time to learn about other faiths like mine....

Maybe you could just explain it to us in a nutshell; like give us a tract, or Fairies for Dummies, or something like that.

1) Since your religion is relatively new (how long ago did you post the question?), there's not alot of info out there on it. I've run a search on the Holy Book of Fairies and didn't find anything. Not even on Amazon. I DID find an entry for the King of Fairies, and your picture was there, but still not enough reference data to form an opinion.

2) When bankers are trained how to spot a fake bill, they don't study all the myriad fakes out there. They only study authentic bills. The real thing. That way, whenever ANY fake comes by, they instantly recognize it because they know for certain that it's not the real thing. That's kinda how I feel about studying your religion.

Don't get me wrong, long before I ever decided to be a Christian, I spent alot of time studying other religions. Even now, I still spend time reading other holy books. I have the Torah, the the Tanukh, and the Book of Mormon on my shelf that I refer to regularly. I've been to Buddhist temple recently and spoke with the head monk there about Buddhism.

Point is, I'm not blind. I'm well educated. I know the truth when I see it and I'm a skeptic even to that. I test everything. The only thing that has ever come back 100% true every single time with zero discrepancies is Jesus Christ.

It's all very involved, and yet it's really that easy. Peace.

Unfortunately, to be honest, many Christians don't learn all about Christianity! I happen to be one of those curious Christians that need to have all of the facts in order to make an informed decision. All (or as much information you can get your hands on) of the religions should be studied so that you can either 1) Bolster faith that yours is the right one or 2) Deliberate on what you actually believe.

Good luck with those fairies!

I wish people like you would stop using the word christian in such a broad way.... i dont even call myself christian any more .... because i am always put into a mold with all the "Christians" that are beating someone up, or not learning other religions, or killing people because of abortion, ugggggggggggggggg I just wish for once we could wipe that word out of existance........for real........ now when someone asks me what faith am i , i am going to tell them 95% the other 5% is still getting over the word christians. hmmmm

OK, first "holy book of fairies'? never heard of it. and who says that Christians don't study other faiths? i know I've looked into the beliefs of a few others, the main ones mostly ie: Islam, Hindu etc... so before you decide to attack one religion, don't attack before you do some digging yourself, you can't classify a whole group just because of a few.

I'm one of "the Christians" and I have taken the time to learn about some other religions. I have never "expected" anyone to learn the Bible if they don't want to. I have enough to do learning it myself.
If you want to believe in fairies and bunnys you're free to do so.

Personally, I don't expect you to do anything. My duty to Jesus is just to tell you what I know about Him; it's your choice to decide what you do with the information given.

Since you have already read the Bible, as you say, then you already have the information so there's nothing left to tell you.

Have a great day!

The parody makes as much sense as the "real" thing. Be careful with these parodies, next thing you know, you'll have a whole congregation of weak minded people saying that your work is the word of God.

I don't expect that, but I do expect that if someone wants to refute my Bible that they read it first. There is a difference.
