Different state, can get price ranging from 12 to 20 on haircut, depending on the place. Same $24-30 for style added. Perms really vary here, depending on quality, type and hair. Perms can go to over $100.
Pretty much depends on if you go to a chain, local shop or fancy-schmancy keep-up-with-the-Joneses kind of place.
All the same stuff, just different prices mostly.l

I live in Arkansas and a cut, style & perm is $40 at my stylist's shop. Most people around here have gone up to about $55 though.

I live in Pennsylvania
I pay $15 for just my deadends to be cut off, I don't let them wash my hair or blow dry it because I never like the way my hair looks afterward so I'm a bargain client and fast to do 2 inches off the length then I'm outta there. I only cut my hair every 3 months I don't have time to go every 6 to 8 weeks that's just too much wasted money for deadends to get snipped

I live in Ontario Canada near Toronto and I go to a pretty good salon. Cuts are $35 but with tip it comes to $40, highlights and a cut come to approx. $120. I would rather pay this much and have it done right than go somewhere cheap where they do a crappy job.

About $20 in northern New Jersey. But you can get a cut for $12 if you go to someplace like Super Cuts.

Philippines: anywhere from $1 to $4 (including shampoo and blow dry in all price ranges!) depending on the location and ambiance of the salon, and if it carries a popular hair-stylist's name, but name and popularity doesn't really matter, they all cut your hair just the same.
perm, hair spa, cellophane, etc. around $18-$20 depending on the hair length.

I live in Thunder Bay,Ontario Canada and It cost 17.50 for just a hair cut. 85.00 for a perm. Haircut and style about 35.00

in southeast texas it ranges from 12.95 for a cut only (no shampoo) to 30.00 for shampoo/cut. Perms can set you back up to 100.00. Ususally I pay 19. for a cut on my short hair and a style.
