Is it pronounced as it would be when saying cerebral cortex (Ser-E-bral? Or is it pronounced as Ser- A - bral ?

All of my son's docs say Ser-a-bal. They don't pronounce the E or the second r. Most people I talk to are either docs or have CP and they say it that way, but I still hear it pronounced Ser-E-bral. It's your preference, either way we know what you're saying. If all else fails, just say CP.

I've heard doctors pronounce it both ways, so I think you've got your pick!
