It could be urinary tract infection or bladder stones(very common in males) stones so get a Tupperware dish(you don't want to use again) and when he urinates put it under him and collect the urine. He cannot step into it it will contaminate the sample and make sure that you collect it when you can bring it to the vet within an hour as the urine starts to break down and you may not get all the results you are paying for. BUT this is a serious problem and I would collect the urine ASAP.

Get a hypodermic collection kit from the vet, and keep the dog on a CLEAN vinyl floor, or something waterproof. You should be able to get a sample that way, or the vet can cage the dog, with a pan under the cage for specimen collection purposes.

You can just bring him in and the vet can get a urine sample - it is better that way as it will be "clean" - what you bring in will probably be contaminated. This could be several things such as a urinary track infection, bladder stones, kidney stones, so it is important to bring him in right away.

You can either get one of those aluminum foil kind of pans and slide it under him when he urinates (which is the easiest and cheapest) or you'd have to take him to the vet where they'd either try the same thing or express his bladder or catheterize him and take it that way. The aluminum foil pan is kind of tricky though, good luck. hope all turns out ok in the end.

Take him to the vet ASAP. Hopefully it is something minor. Has he been acting tired, sore, or short of breath? I would ask the vet to do a blood test (specifically a red cell count). If your vet does not have the proper equipment, find another vet.

i'd actually a minimum of call the vet and word what they imagine. Ive not in any respect heard of mares bleeding because they're in warmth so actually verify inclusive of your vet. its continuously extra constructive to be probability-free than sorry.:)

That is an easy one. get a paper cup and duck tape to a stick ... sorta like a fly swatter. when you take him out side stay by him... when he lifts his leg you just hold the cup there with the stick...Now don't say it is a girl dog. cause i don't have any Idea on that one..Being they set practically on the ground.

This is very serious. You need to get something to bring it in. It won't be fun but it depends on the health of your pup.
