that's hard to tell. It could be date rape drugs, speed, ectasy...whatever. Or it could be some friends allergy medicine that accidentally got left behind, you never know. The first thing that came to mind was ridilin because of the R, and perhaps 127 is the miligram dosage. Some kids get prescibed it, but give it to their friends. Taken in small doses it would either make him sleepy or hyper, but no bad sideaffects that I know of. The reason it is hard to tell though is because many pills look the same and some drugs that are sold are the streets are imprinted with the dealers mark, like a logo or some way to identify it. R and 127 is very odd so I'm not sure. Consult your son, look him in the eye, see if he looks around the room when he is explaining, look for sweet, radical pupil movement and other tell tale signs of lieing. Hope it turns out ok.

Go to the bookstore and look in a prescription book. They have lots of photos of different kinds of pills in there or ask a doctor. Easiest thing to do is confront your son and ask him without being too harsh. If it is a bad pill, I wouldn't get too upset. Just have a talk with him and get things straightened out, maybe some family counceling will help.
