You should ask your mom to take you to the local supermarket and look around at the frozen dinners. A lot are unhealthy but there are healthy ones available too! And if you dont like any of the healthy ones then why don't you buy another one but eat less portions of it. then you can pop it back in the freezer and eat the rest the next day. I hope i helped!

Cheesy Chicken and rice Casserole
* 1 skinless, boneless chicken breast half - cut into bite size pieces
* salt and pepper to taste
* 1/2 cups cooked white rice
* 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
* 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Season chicken with salt and pepper to taste, place in a microwave-safe dish, cover and cook in microwave for 4 to 5 minutes. Turn and cook another 2 to 3 minutes or until cooked through and no longer pink inside. Let cool.In a microwave safe dish, combine chicken, rice and soup and mix well. Microwave for 5 minutes. Top with cheese and microwave for 1-2 minutes.

Also, ask your mom to pick up foods that you can cook in the microwave, like soups, microwave meals, etc.

If your mom would go for it, why not get some healthy choice meals for the microwave? also check out the frozen food section of your grocery store for various foods...Some of the healthy choice meals are actually really good.

You should have your mom make some casseroles and then once it's made have it cut up and placed in some plastic containers so you can microwave them.
