although both are high in fat you should pick pizza. ramen noodles are very VERY high in msg which is bad for your body. but since you are on a diet if you dont do anything after eating that pizza then the fat will stay in your body and it wont help. Before you eat the pizza gently pat a napkin on top of it to get excess grease out then excersise! and if there is anything esle you can eat besides it then chose that! :)

Isn't it hard to get a healthy lunch? Given that you are going to fix this at home, in all likelihood you are going to make the ramen or pizza from a package, which is heavily processed and full of stuff you don't want. The ramen noodles will be salty and empty, and there's also a lot of oil/fat in the flavour package. The pizza will be made with white flour and crappy, high-fat cheese, plus added sugar in the sauce. It's all bad. Can't you get hold of a piece of fruit, some raw veggies and maybe a slice of rye bread (no butter)? It would be soooo much better for you! The golden rool: eat unprocessed food in place of processed food as much as possible. (the food industry, of course, doesn't want you to do this; less profit for them.)

Carefull. The sodium content in ramen is greater than the natural person needs in a day. Try consuming tuna and a few whole grain wheet thins alternatively. Consume 5 small foods a day (2 of which are snacks like apple w/ peanut butter, protein shakes, etc. Additionally, I see you're a scholar in order that means that time is valuable for you. I would try to get some exercise in or walk a little bit further than you do, take the lengthy approach to a category, stroll at a rapid percent to each other category. There are little things you are able to do during the day to get relocating and be match.

I would say, go with the Ramen Noodles. Because I heard that Ramen Noodles are healthier than most other noodles. I wouldn't drink a lot of the liquid though!

I would say no. The noodles are not that good for you and the pizza isnt either. You could alsways go to the store before school or something. But if you had to eat one I would say the ramen.

The ramen noodle soup is full of salt so drain and rinse off the soup. The pizza is full of fat. If you replace a meal with a bowl of cereal you will lose faster.

One package or one slice would be OK. It is a bit low on the nutrional side, but what the hay. The salt cntent in the Ramen is high, so if you are worried about that, fdefenitely avoid the ramen

Ramen..but leave out the flavor packet..its high in sodium which helps retain cellulite in your body (and also makes food digest slower)...The pizza has a lot of sodium as well but you can't remove the sodium from that...Which ever you choose, drink a lot of water with it, as it will help flush some of the salt from your system before it takes root.

I'd go with the ramen, especially if the pizza is loaded with meat and meat grease. If you're doing low carb, neither is a good choice. If the pizza is thin crust veggie ,go with that.

Neither one. Eat a salad. If there are no vegetables in the house, then I guess you'll have to settle for ramen because pizza isn't exactly low cal/low fat.
