Wet your hair before you get in the pool so it doesn't absorb and soak in so much of the chlorinated water. Also, put a little conditioner on it before you get in and after you've wet it. Of course, it will eventually rinse out, but it helps to coat and protect it also, so it doesn't soak in so much chlorine. Use a clarifying shampoo atleast twice a week and a daily conditioner everytime you shampoo. Chlorine is torture to the hair if not properly cared for.

Mine is a home remedy suggestion : Squeeze 2 lemons and pour the juice into a clean container (like those use to contain ketchup or mustard).
After washing your hair, towel dry and apply the lemon juice on your hair. Leave it for 5 minutes and wash it away.
This will leave your hair shinning and smooth and leave a nice lemon scent on your hair.
But don't expect to see miracle after one application...

Shampooing everyday will only make it worse for your hair. I suggest conditioner everyday, and shampoo only every other day. Use hot oil once a week, or if you can afford it, go to a salon and get your hair relaxed or get a hair spa. I think that'll last for 3 months. :)

First I would switch to the product "infusium" But you also want to rinse your hair well after you get out of the pool, use the infusion leave in treatment, and keep it wrapped when you are in the sun.

You should get a swimming cap over your hair before you go swimming. Get a small one so it won't fall off.

cream of nature moisturizing shampoo. you'd be surprised how well it works. not many know about it though. you mostly have to get it at beauty supplies. (you may even have to go into a black neighborhood supply to get it)
