Nope. I'm more scared of their dung. They cause illness when they dry up and turn into dust. My daughter became ill from that.

I used to be. I know exactly what you mean, all the flapping, the noise, the wings...
But... I'm one of those people who forces themselves to "face their fears", and now I've been breeding Dwarf Turtle Doves for a couple of years. I'm pretty much over my fear, and I can hold the birds with no problem, and let them fly around close to me.
I love them to bits as they've become part of the family.
Heres a funny story about why I decided I had to cope with my fear...:
I was walking down the street on the way to meet some mates at a bar, and a pigeon flew almost directly into my face, I grabbed on to the nearset passer-by... this guy looked at me very strangely and asked "Is there something wrong? Can I help you?", I realsied I was holding him tight, hiding my face in his shoulder. I just said "I'm Ok,", and walked off, really embarrassed!!
Best thing is to deal with the fear before it takes you over!!

I just answered the same question in Yahoo answers on Monday, don't you read simular questions? The Birds are confused by all the windshields which reflect the sky at them. If you care, slow down. If you don't care, pay for a new windshield.
