Milo and Otis was one of my favorite movies as a child. It was soooo cute and sweet! Another good one is a French animated film called Gay Puris (sp).

I really like the cat in the Shrek movie. Puss in boots? What ever...but when he put on that super sweet look to out fox his pursuers we all melted.
